1. Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information
a. Purpose of Collection and Use
1) Customer Management
Verification of identity, company identification, confirmation of intent to enter into a contract, handling customer inquiries, and tax management.
2) Contract Execution, Maintenance, Performance, and Management
Managing translation progress, providing updates on the status, delivering translated materials, and post-delivery management of the translated work.
3) Quality Improvement
Improving service quality, identifying usage frequency, and conducting statistical analysis of service usage.

b. Items Collected and Used
- Name, company name, phone number, mobile phone number, email address, and other related information.

c. Retention and Use Period
1) Until the purpose of the collection and use of personal information is achieved or until the withdrawal of consent by the individual.
2) However, even after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, the following information will be retained for the periods specified below:
a) Information required for contract execution or dispute resolution, such as fee settlement and debt collection, will be retained until completion or resolution
b) Information retained under special provisions of relevant laws, such as the Commercial Act, will be retained as per the regulations.
c) In cases where neither of the above applies, personal information will be retained for 3 years from the completion of the translation service.
